Hi I found a Malaysian 50 Sen from 2002. I think it has a rotation error. Also on the inside of the rim there are little concave areas. Are these con-caves errors or are they just PMD?

According to Numista, the coin has 'Medal' alignment, so it appears you have an approximate 180 degree rotation.

When I measured it I thought the rotation was between 25-35 degrees?

Sorry! I was looking at the first image and thought that it was upside down, but of course it's back to front. But, yes, the degree is much less than I stated above, and 25-30 would be close to the mark.
