2002 Malaysian 50 Sen Error? Rotated?

flippy Pillar of the Community Australia 1874 Posts	Posted 06/19/2013 08:39 am Hi I found a Malaysian 50 Sen from 2002. I think it has a rotation error. Also on the inside of the rim there are little concave areas. Are these con-caves errors or are they just PMD? Sorry about the image quality.
