I purchased this coin, not based on the slab company, but on the looks of the coin. Is this a good buy and should I send it to NGC or PCGS for their grading?

Looks to be about a MS-63, I wouldn't send it to a TPG.

also with both on all accounts. About a 63 and I wouldn't send it in..

scratch on cheek and dig on neck would keep it from 65 maybe 63
