I found this one today . I would say it was PMD but I noticed the missing beads and started to wonder . Note the very thin lines that run inside the divot .

planchet flaw? Hard to tell from pics.

Looks like a planchet flaw to me as well. The missing beads would be from where the metal flowed into the crevice during striking.
