Most modern commemoratives are of 67 to 69 quality in the original government holders. Limiting yourself to only slabbed coins will drive up your price. Report this Post to the Staff

From my research, you will pay much less than for slabbed. The only certified coin I have in this series is the 1994D proof-like World Cup silver dollar, NGC MS69. Report this Post to the Staff

By focusing your effort, you will be able to purchase more of the coin designs in the modern set and experience a better sense of accomplishment as you work through your purchases.
