$5 Note - Series 2003A - Circulated 41714172

These two I'd assume are spenders but as long as I'm asking the experts:
$1 Note - Series 2003A - Circulated 51155125
$1 Note - Series 2006 - 53393953

I am sorry but they are all spenders... There is nothing really fancy about those serials.

Why are you calling this a ladder? I'm fairly new at this myself, but I thought a ladder had numbers in sequential order (e.g., 34567890).

isn't a ladder just sequential numbers?
The $5 note is 4171 4172 (two numbers in sequence)

I thought one of the $1 was interesting for this reason but still as spender - 53/39/39/53

At the bottom there's a site on special serial numbers. I think the people that made this site replaced the ladder serial number with a radar, because ladders are like 12345678. But the $1.00 note you have is a bookend.
