Looks like a die chip. Put it in a 2x2 holder if you plan on collecting them.

Put it on ebay with a .99 bid and post a link here. If you get a bid or 2 you are lucky. This is a pretty small die chip. It does look nearly unc but the rim dings would hurt the grade. Is there another chip in the corner of the eye or is that a ding too?
