The "ER" of QUARTER is touched but not worn. I just noticed the scratches on the neck. A good thing, since I did not notice them initially. Coins this worn are bound to have scratches, and you want them in an inconspicuous area. Nice looking color. A great buy at $6. Report this Post to the Staff
