I picked this up a year or so ago for a few dollars above melt at my LCS. Only last week did I notice that it is actually better looking than my other melt bin purchases and actually has a bit of mint luster left.

What do you think it would grade?

Based on what's visible in the picture it appears to be XF-AU. Hair lines above the ear and the eagles breast feathers are both mostly flat.

Is it PVC residue?
