Yup, F-12 details. Old cut on the reverse, at least it is in a non-distracting location.

I think its a little weak on the reverse for 12. I have to go with VG10 details

VG10 details, as Panzaldi said, the reverse wear brings it down to VG. The obverse is Fine details, but the reverse is VG.
