What are your thoughts on this one (other than it not being CSA)? I have been unable to find another 1861-O with a die chip above the first 1 (see photo). It is definitely not something sitting on the surface of the coin and It doesn't appear to be as a result of a dig/ding/gouge. Is there a known obverse die with a die chip like this? I know there were a number of obverse dies used this year/mint. Any insight would be appreciated!

I also don't see any of the indicators that it was minted while the New Orleans mint was under Confederate control.

I have a speared olive bud confederate half.
