hi guys, sorry for my english, I have found yesterday 1 Lincoln Cent 1990 with no s I'm not sure about it can you tell me anything .thank you

Your cent is not proof but business strike minted at Philadelphia and they don't use mint marks. Proofs are minted at San Francisco and have the S mint mark. So, you have a normal cent.

Yours is not a proof, so it is just a normal coin minted in Philadelphia.
