Between 21 and 22 degrees IMO

Oops...
I was selling that on ebay thanks for saving me. Still rotated but not enough for a rotation designation. Concentrating on getting the top right didn't notice the bottom was so far off. Thanks.

Still listed just removed the rotation comments. What was the minimum degree of rotation to warrant a rotation error?

1940 and 1941 are commonly found with up to a 20 degree rotation. Not sure what the mint tolerances were back then, many have speculated that 10 to 15% rotation error was within tolerances.

So 36 to 54 degrees is still within tolerance?

All the Canadian coin are present.
