Well, clearly a campgate type. Clearly "PROVIDENTIAE CAESS" reverse. Clearly Nicomedia mint. I think I spot "NOB C" on the obverse...but I'll leave it to the Roman experts on the board to pin down...

From what I can determine of the obverse legend, I would make it "FL IVL ...rIs ...sNOB C" and call it Crispus. Reverse should be PROVIDENTIA CAESS".

Difficult to say for sure because of the lack on an obverse, I would agree that it's one of Constantine's family. My guess would be Constantine II.
