so this 1967 date looks different from the others I have seen. I took pics in different angles and straight on, and with the light at different angles. Also I tweaked a few to correct the fuzzy look and to enhance the edges that is all I did.

I have one in pretty good condition, I sent a pic of the coin to other sites and got the same response. I like mine so I think I'll keep it.

@AT214, your coin looks normal to me. @josenieto,You may want to make a new topic, it will get more attention that way. That being said, it looks like normal DDD to me. No doubled die.

Doubled die enlarge the devices. The area your looking at is at the base die. Even a polishing could reduce the fields on that area and make a slight raised area on the coin on that area. If it were a hub issue the affected area would be as tall as the rest of the devices. Not lower than the top of the devices.
