Need Some Info On A Star C Note - Coin Community Forum

Theoretically note 12020 was good and note 12021 was damaged or errored and was replaced with this note? And am I right in assuming that this was #12021 in the print series meaning that there were 12020 before this note? And lastly....Is this a low serial, star and radar note all in one? Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 12/23/2007 02:00 am Star notes have their own number ,,by law the numbers can only be used once . when a damaged or otherwise un-useable note is found it is replaced by a star note ,,with its own unique serial number . its a fairly low numbered note but it is not a true radar note ,the sequence would need to be the same from one end to the center as the other end the 0's do not repeat .
