1881-H C1A/ C1 Variety - Coin Community Forum

graval New Member Canada 28 Posts	Posted 05/28/2015 10:41 am This is a recent ebay purchase, 1881H is one of my collecting interests. Pic 1 is of the obverse (digital microscope has limitations). Pic 2 is a close-up of Canada showing the C1A/C1 variety. Pic 3 is a close-up of Regina showing a nice triple punched N, a die break past the N, a lateral die break from the I through the N, doubling on the rim and a die chip referred to as ''apostrophe A'' (obverse C1, sub-punch O2C for those who have Turner's Dies & Diadems). Did anyone saw (or have) other 1881H C1A/C1 with the die chip near the A of Regina? Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff
