Any thoughts on what this might grade. Looks like a Type 1.

I hope it looks like that when you receive it. I really hope they didn't use that one photography trick that brings out the fields. I have no idea what a type 1 or what other types are but I grade this 66 cameo, unless it is a trick.

No doubt it is a type 1. Beautiful coin. You do not see as many cameos on the the tired old dies that made the type ones. I bet this jumps in another 30 minutes

Yeah, that's what I thought too. 66 Cameos are not common, but they don't sell for as much as you'd think either. This would have to be a 67 to be worth it, and I'm not in love with the fingerprint on the obverse. Also not thrilled with seller's photos. I had to return an expensive coin to them once due to dicey pics. Most likely will pass on this one.

edit: I did a Heritage search, and for some reason the 66 Cameos don't get much love One sold slabbed for around $200 a couple of years ago.

You were right, it doubled in the last 10 seconds. $310 is full retail slabbed for PF67.

I like all PF Cameo Franklins.

Compare this one to https://coins.www.collectors-societ...inID=1058654
