Finishing up my uncirculated State Quarter set, I have this Arizona quarter from 2008. The reverse looks great, and the fields on the obverse look perfect. I am wondering how much the small marks on Washington detract on this coin? I guess I would grade MS65/66, what do you guys think? Thanks in advance for helping me learn about grading!
Oh yes, it is from a mint set, so has the satin finish.

I think you are pretty close at 66.

It's a nice coin and is pretty much average, to slightly above average, from what you would find in unopened original rolls from that period.

I think you are right on with your grade. For sure 65 but to me it should make 66

I'd think it would be an MS-66.
