I'll go with AU-55 or possibly as high as AU-58.

This piece reminds me of another recently posted so it may just be an artifact or another imaging issue; Is the area inside the circle as different in color as the perimeter of the coin?

AU-58, but probably wouldn't put this in my dansco due to the obverse like BH showed.

I see issues on reverse: right wheat stalk, and left rim.
I'm still having a hard time figuring out why most of your Wheaties have the same color and texture. Is it your camera
Or the lighting you use ? AU-53 TO 55

Just the slightest trace of rub, I think it's a nice looking coin. I think your light is just cutting through the patina a bit too much. I bet this coin is darker in hand.

I have three coins, two 29's and this one, all with the same coloration, all found in the same bag of wheats from my LWC. Supposedly, a guy came with like 30,0000 wheats he had been hoarding since the 50's. I personally searched 2 1/2 bags, purchased at 3.5 cents each, then sold back what I didn't keep for 3 cents each. That was how I got started with my collection. The coloration is why I was posting them, wondering if they were cleaned, dipped, or something, then retoned over time. Just a guess.
