MD there is a true DDO for the year though, it is pretty scarce and fairly strong. A quick search on the forum should yield results.

One ( DDO) is created on the die, from multiple, slightly off-centred sinking of the working dies (therefore it is on every coin that die strikes).

The other is a striking phenomenon, caused by any number of issues, such as a loose die, etc.
