mcanniz Valued Member United States 486 Posts	Posted 09/12/2015 4:59 pm to me, that looks like a plating bubble more than a chip. its zinc rot happening under the rating that creates this bubble. if it were a chip, personally I wouldn't keep it, but it only costs a cent to set it aside, so if you like it, keep it! Buddy Rest in Peace United States 7075 Posts	Posted 09/12/2015 9:00 pm IF it had been a die chip -- maybe I'd keep it. I set aside all kinds of junk. I used to always say that I would keep anything that interested me until it became inconvenient to do so. Well, after a few years of collecting, it has become inconvenient to do so. Someday (Ha!) I intend to put my little oddities collection in a notebook and whatever fits in ONE small notebook I will keep and the rest will have to go.
