Thanks SD. There's no 65 on CoC and it's so symmetrical with the rim edge so I just wanted to make sure. Looks like we may have an new addition

A folded Rim Fin is conceivable too; it'd help explain the abrupt ends of it.

I thought about a folded finned rim but dismissed it due to the reverse opposite side having a finned rim that's not folded. Wouldn't it stand to reason that if it were a folded fin the other fin would be folded as well? Plus the degree of overall wear doesn't jive with a fin that was folded to the point of resembling a Cud I wold think. Am I off in my theory here? Here's the rev fin...

I don't think so. The surface is not a shiny as a SMS:  Note the effect on this coin.
