This past two weeks we used $1244 in $2 bills for my farm - farmers markets and some bill paying. This week's vegetable of the week is Fennel, I used it in a delicious saute last night that my 13 year old loved! I am not Italian but I like using it in lots of dishes. Merry Christmas to all and a tasty holiday! The only interesting coin in this week's rolls was a 2012 Gold Plated coin with one of those stickers for the Emancipation Proclamation.
