Here is a coin where the reeded edge carries over to the obverse of the coin. Anybody know what this is? Thanks!

Looks like a collar clash caused that when the coin was loading.

Oh I see. Thanks for the insight. Would a collar clash be more rare than a regular die clash?

Probably not. They are not a premium coin. Only when the clash is very strong and is desirable would someone take note.
