In the middle of the building going from the roof through the door is an extra column.

Does not look like the clash lines up right to me. Maybe a die gouge?

I think that a small CW rotation of OBV die along with slight off center might line up? I have noticed many clashes have small rotations and are even off center a bit..

It appears to have a circular "cap" like the other columns do where it hits the roof. It also is straight and not curved like the nose. I was thinking it could be the column from a Lincoln Memorial cent possibly, but they make shield pennies now. Thoughts on that possibility? I believe it is a column of some sort though.

That's what I'm thinking.

I agree it looks like a column but do not believe it to be one.

Could a pin for clothes have been stamped on it lol? Maybe someone had a new dress shirt and forgot to take the pin out of the collar? (It could happen)

All joking aside if you look at it, it really looks like it could be a pin. The pin head would be the circular cap near the roof, and it comes to a point near the bottom. Anyone else see this?

I did an overlay with some rotation and off centered.

Thanks for the overlay pictures with rotation. I can see the possibility of it better. This one is tricky. Four possibilities suggested are: extra column (possibly from a Lincoln Memorial cent), die clash with rotation, die gouge, or a pin got stamped on it.
