Probably the coin in circulation that started me in coin collecting more than any.
Used to love finding these in circulation, back when unusual quarters were, well unusual and not an everyday occurrence.
I hate guessing first as it skews all the other answers, but I see almost no issue here.
On the reverse, there may be a mark at about 5 o'clock and then perhaps two marks right of the torch. Maybe something in the hat, but I think that is just reflection. Maybe a mark under the left drumstick.
On the obverse, wow, enough said. Maybe some light chatter in front of and on the nose, but that is probably being picky and you shouldn't pick your own nose let alone George Washington's nose. . .
So for guessing, I'd go with PR69DCAM. It is in better shape than my only PR69DCAM coin (birth year Ike, 1971).
