So I'll go by Rick Snow's grading guide and say F-15 to quote his guide as "all letters of LIBERTY clearly readable", yet for F-15 "the base of the headband is not complete". However, since the headband on your coin borders on being complete, this is at least an F-15 with a decent strike and no obvious problems. I don't think I'm overgrading here because the maximum VG is defined as "one letter of LIBERTY is not visible". I think many dealers would put a VF-20 on this coin, although the point could be argued either way.

I bought this on Greysheet F, even though the dealer wanted VF money at first.

Looks like a VF30 that has been harshly cleaned (ouch!), also has a few distracting marks on the reverse.
