Found at work today , was mixed with other coins inside of one of the register's bag that came for my audit ... Made my day!
My first barber and I think it's in good shape , above average for a 1901 year coin, what you guys think?
. Have a nice weekend everybody !

Very nice find!

My oldest find in the wild (coin roll hunting) is a well worn 1911 Barber dime. She lives in my 7070.

I am amazed that you can find even silver Roosevelts in change today, much less a Barber dime. When I was a kid, I used to go to a bank, ask for $200 from my savings in dime, half, and quarter rolls, go to the library, pick out and replace the silver ones, and take the rolls to a different bank. At 8 x face, you could make $5-$10 an hour doing that, which was a heck of a lot easier than a paper route. No more.

Incredible find for sure!

Even back in the 60s-70s, when a kid and looking through change weekly from my Granfather's laundromats, I never found a Barber. Mercury? Yes. In fact, surprisingly, they showed up in change more than I would have thought they should.

Though a couple years ago a co-worker mentioned a Canadian nickel in the till. Turned out to be a V-nickel
