Original Teutonic Order coins of this design were hammered, as far as I can tell, and this coin definitely is machine-struck. You can see an original example on this Polish website. I agree with Sap insofar that it's suspiciously round and to a degree rather modern looking, so the possibility of its being a reproduction is very much in play.
