What is a 64W? I bought the 96W and have a complete set of silver Roosevelt dimes, and am lacking about 6 from the clad series. I could buy them, but am still hoping from circulation. In truth, the Roosevelts do not excite me very much (nor do the Jefferson nickels) Now Buffaloes and Walking Liberties---AAAAAH

For now there is no slots in Dansco or Whitman for a 1996W Roosevelt dime so any set of them without that W should be considered complete. Of course since Whitman likes to put weird coins in their albums, soon that probably will be added. I have several of these sets in Whitman Albums. I'm not a big fan of Roosevelt dimes or Jefferson nickels as already mentioned. But since I received the Albums free, just had to fill them. So far, except for the proofs, never bought a Roosevelt dime. All from either normal circulation or buying bags of Dimes from a bank. Never buy coins in rolls due to the rolling machines scratches. Bags of coins are the only way to go.
