Sorry for the poor pictures. This coin is extremely worn and I was wondering if it could be dated based on the die rotation on the reverse. I have included a picture of the two lines representing the rotation which looks to be about 20'.

If I am not mistaken, there would be zero chance if identifying year based on a die rotation.
They are coincidental and could happen equally on any year.

Might be able to tell something with better images. Like coin197 said, right now all I see are two dark circles. For starters can you tell what type it is?
