1963 Denver Lincoln RPM + Doubling?

I found this 1963 Denver Lincoln Cent, I am pretty sure (hopefully) that it matches the RPM #1 from Wexler's. But I also notice that there is a remnant of a doubling on the 3. Am I seeing this correctly, or just part of the die?

I think the 3 is normal and the RPM looks good.

with the RPM, and that there is no doubling. However, I think I do see some miniscule die cracks on the date.

It is 1963D-1MM-001.

But the 3 was altered by coin contact in the upper lower loop. ( PSD)
