Thats what you call a snot rocket or a booger beam haha
I also have another booger beam on a 55-d DDO-02..I am afraid too clean them bc there is a slight rpm & you cant really see it until I tilt it bc of the crud...oh the snot rockets go to the outter rim

Since They are wheat & long and more so on the 55-D wouldnt that up the value..how do you grade/value booger beams

If your referring to the scratches as Booger beams it adds no value. It's a damaged coin. A dealer might give you five cents for it
Rest in Peace

I was told the longer the die layer scratch or gouge or whatever you call it, makes it more valuable..And I figured since that was such a great year for-55 DDO that it would be worth a look but Tanks, Abrams yall

Vinegar/salt/brillo pad will ruin the value of the coin. Best to know what to do with a common coin before you experiment on a potential variety coin. But this coin to me looks like a normal from what I can see.
