Andrew99 I found and saved a high resolution black background (just google searched for one), then used microsoft picture it 7.0 to crop and add the coins to it. I just found a text I like for the top. Took a LONG time getting it how I wanted it, but I like the result!

Microsoft Picture it is no longer for sale. Does anyone know a software that can crop a picture in a circle? I am nearly done with an Indian Quarter Eagle set myself and I want to do this.
