The number on the far right is a 4, and 1924 is the only year the Standing Liberty quarters were made in which the year ended in 4. (1916-1930)

My main question is about the mintmark. I want to get it right considering the value difference of an S-mint over P. Thanks!

Oh sorry but it does seem to be an S mintmark, the coin is just worn enough that you can barely make it out.

This S seems to bee in the same position as yours so I'd say yeS!

Thanks everyone for the input. I tried to take a close-up of the MM and I absolutely could not get a shot that made it look like an S was there.

I listed it as a 1924-(S?).

That nasty scratch on the obverse just ruins the coin for me.
