I found this 1922 Peace dollar in the wall of my grandparents house and I'm looking for some information such as silver content price and rarity.   *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. *** |

Silver is worth $13.28 at current price per oz. Of $17.18. Not rare at all, but cool to find in a wall. In circulated condition, expect a dealer to offer melt or less for it though technically it is probably worth a few dollars more.

and a circulated Peace dollar like that would probably go for spot plus a couple bucks, though a dealer would offer you less. |

Its worth at least 15-17 bucks. Silver dollars don't sell for spot

Nice find. $22 to $23 wholesale in EF to AU condition. Morgan and Peace dollars, particularly in higher grades, sell for a substantial premium over melt. |
