Found this 1970 D penny and the E in e plurbus unum looks to be non existent as well as the states of being very light compared to the rest. Can anyone tell me what they think?

I think that it may be an over-polished die, as that is a common occurrence on that area of the coin.

I would agree with WheatBackPenny that it's an over polished die. Good eyes! Congratulations.

It's either a Grease Filled Die or an over polished die. I vote grease filled.

Grease filled. If you polished the die enough to remove the E it would pretty much remove the rest of the letters as well or at least make the thin and spindly. This is NOT the result of a polished die.
