CopprCoins shows a couple with extra thickness on the nines, but I don't think yours is wide enough. If you're looking at the tie, it looks normal too. A lot of cents don't show it as well as they should. Better luck on the next one.

We get used to seeing cents where the tie area is weak because of die wear, die polishing or weak strikes that it looks abnormal when you see what it is supposed to look like.

I agree with the other replies, but I will throw in my Two Cents (haha! never gets old).
Keep in mind that although this coin isn't a DD there are tons of DD not listed on sites. Usually those that are listed on wexler, CONECA, cc, variety vista, etc, are those that are more popular OR are more frequent. Never get discouraged by MD, for every one that isn't a DD your odds of finding one increases by one.
