I believe I might have a 1940 Australian Commonwealth One Penny. Can I get some replies after I post my pictures if you think I'm right or wrong.

The pics you posted are definitely of a George V Australian Penny, but a 1920 coin, not 1940.

Apologies I meant to say 1920 Australian Commonwealth One Penny with no dots. Am I right or wrong? What would you say this coin is worth?

The penny is a 1920 Dot Below with the standard Indian obverse. Can't see the dot but can see the curved bases to the reverse lettering (all Curved Based Lettering- CBLs are known to be Dot Below). aVG grade, discoloured and with signs of cleaning makes it a space filler and worth $1 to $2.
