you see them strong metal flow lines? Those are caused from a highly worn die which means the doubled letters are highly likely to be caused by Die Deterioration. DDD.

Die Deterioration Doubling. Not a DDO. This coin is in a VLDS (Very Late Die State).

Also MD is seen on the 2nd and 3rd images of the inverted color images.
