radatat Valued Member United States 492 Posts	Posted 11/13/2017 4:01 pm My wife had bought these coins a while back and I was looking through one and found a very interesting set of marks. There were 6 in a row and the first four had the marks shown on the image of the 4 coins. The closer shot is of two of them and then I did one close up. All 4 are the same in the same positon. The other two in this series has what appeared to be a discoloration at exactly the same place as the flaws on the other four but there was no chip in them. I wonder if this is some instance of when a die was going bad and evenually they made the flaw. What do you think. Thanks Rich Report this Post to the Staff
