I can't. It's political in nature.

Now there would be an interesting set...phases of the moon.
Very cool there are so many varieties of the crescent moon.
What is that bump on Abe on the 1974?
Also interesting how the 1986-D appears to have cracked when punched?

Quote: What is that bump on Abe on the 1974? It's not a bump. It is a continuation of the normal contour of the coin. It looks like just a small patch of toning. It could also maybe be a hot spot. I know back in the day with the screw in fuses people would 'penny" a blown fuse by putting it between the back of the threaded part of the panel and messing with a bad fuse on top of it. Thereby bypassing the fuse. But it doesn't appear to have any scratch marks that that would have more than likely left behind.

Secretariat won most of his races in 1972 and 1973. I'm going to assume that this counter stamp commemorates his accomplishments...
