Looks like Machine Doubling. The die too a high bounce after the strike, just glancing the tops of the digits on the right side.

Note on this dies date above. the lines are mark towards the left sides of the devices and the devices are a bit wider in size because of the hub doubling. Your coin is from a regular die that experienced an alteration after the strike. On a doubled die, the doubling is on the die thus the term, doubled die. on Machine Doubling, the machine makes the doubling from a normal die with die movement after the strike. Hope this helps.
