There is definitely some rotation, But is it enough to add anything? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Good morning! I'm not an expert, like others are here. Perhaps this can assist you.

I recommend you take a quarter size 2x2 and make a mark at the 12-3-6-9 position and then connect them with a straight line with an ink pen.
When you put a coin in it,use a paperclip to hold it together and that will show the amount of rotation. Your coin does not look rotated enough to be a keeper.

Here is the coin in the 2x2 that John1 suggested. It looks like a bit more rotation than I originally thought,But I don't believe it's over 15.

Newbie, it is a nice find I would soak it in Acetone for a bit to get some of that goop off!

I put a protractor on it and came up with about 35 degrees clockwise rotation.
Am I close?

Sounds good to me! As long as it's over 15 degrees! I do appreciate it all!

Even though it's not rotated 90 degrees, it's still a nice find and a keeper.
