Does seem to be slightly off center (obverse only, shifted northward) but not enough to command a premium IMO.

The reverse appears normal so it's a misaligned die (MAD).

It looks like there might be a little tiny collar break at 6 o'clock, but to know for sure you'd have to take it out of the 2X2.

Buddy nailed it. Misaligned die. Peace are tough to find with even slight misalignment, but value on this would only be a few dollars extra.

I don't understand. Peace dollars are one of the most common and popular coins to collect. I have about 10 of them.
