I don't see it listed on Cuds on coins. Although its a little rough you could email pics to JC @ Cuds on coins and maybe get it attributed Here is the link to Cuds on coins spike heads 1990 - 1999.

Seems a little odd to me that it looks like the die crack is interrupted after leaving Abe's head. Any chance that this is actually a linear plating bubble?
