To me, the 1950-D is one of the Keys to the set. They only made about 2.6 million of them and no "S" that year.
In 1949 the Denver mint produced about 36.5 Million and in 1952 about 20.5 Million, so 1950 was a really low production.

Definitely. 1950-D is the key date of the regular series. There are others, like the proof & SMS coins that are lower mintages, but they are really in a different category. Nice!

232 Nickels. Lots of weight there. Nice looking sets. Would look better in a Whitman Album. Just kidding since I use those.
