I dont know about that GrapeCollects. I think it's Split Planchet Before Strike

I'm thinking that it's a damaged coin from acid. Maybe they used a dropper, so only that one side would get damaged?

I don't think it's from acid either. I will do more research on this and let you know. Thank you for your help

I agree with the acid theory on the obverse. Note the way the surface looks? Acid etched.

(This one was dipped into acid affecting both sides) The OP's coin was just applied to the obverse as mentioned by Errers and Varietys.
