I think I got mine since capital one asked me if I ordered it, but I didn't see the confirmation screen

Order went through but had to go through checkout 4 times before I could get the confirmation screen, website seemed very bogged down.
Proof Gold
5oz Saucer
1oz proof
Proof half set
Can't afford anymore than that.

Like others I had sluggish loading problems. Biggest problem was that my password didn't autoload so I had to complete the guest form. Got the gold proof in about 3 minutes. Got back on to order 3 of the 5 ounce dollars and had to repeat the process all over again and was done in about 7 minutes for that one, so 10 minutes all together. Whew!

Got my order in and hoping nothing comes back afterwards as not being able to deliver. Has that ever happened to anybody?

The 5-ounce "saucer" is already on back order - I wonder what the final mintage figures are on this one.
I got one for my collection, but now I wonder whether I should have ordered four more for resale...?

got kicked out at confirmation page. refreshed, then it went through. Hope I don't get two sets of what I ordered. Got the proof gold, 5oz and proof with Kennedy half set. |

I put in two separate orders -- one for the $5 uncirculated and one for the 5-oz proof. My main objective was the gold, so I didn't want to waste time trying to add the 5 ounce to the same order. The 5-oz is backordered.
I got the preliminary emails from the mint for the two orders at 12:04 and 12:10.

VERY laggy. Haven't seen it that bad since before the new site went live a few years ago. It was taking so long I panicked a bit and rushed to check out. I still need to go back and get a couple things.

The saucer is backordered, but does that mean they're minting more or they expect some canceled orders and returns?

I employed the same strategy as pepctonius above. I ordered the gold first because I wanted to be sure I got that one, then went back in and ordered the 5 oz. Went to email and have confirm for the gold, but not the silver. Now I'm wondering if it wasn't accepted because there's two orders from the same address.
