I'm going to take a go. EF45 or strong 40. Nicely struck. Is that a die crack or a hair to the right of the date?

HA! I now see the hair extending past the coin. The more I look the more I think 45+.

Ok ,I have to join the crowd . A soak in acetone might benefit that reverse . Pleasant details on coin .

XF45 details, and I am afraid that's porosity, not dirt; acetone might work, but it also might make it worse. For what you paid it's worth the attempt at conservation!!
